To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

龍蝦湯濃稠度合宜,有香濃的龍蝦味,蒜蓉包烘得香脆。法國蝸牛有進步,比前入味,亦滑溜如昔,連固定蝸牛的薯蓉都細緻綿滑,因此不要錯過啊!香蒜牛肝菌意粉的質地挺身,稍嫌橄欖油偏多。香草燒黑毛豬鞍架配焗薯,肉質軟嫩,薯仔香口。甜品酥皮蘋果批配雪糕今回有點失手,向來是十分喜歡這個甜品的,惟今回酥皮被雪糕球弄致批身不及以往般酥脆,個人覺得還是將二者分開來擺放會較好。服務方面,如舊有禮貌和專業,特別欣賞那超高的效率,完全展現中環速度。
