To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得今個星期六冇乜嘢做,所以帶埋公公婆婆去行大使館,咁啱見到有free flow dim sum weekend lunch,順便比佢哋試吓啲中西合璧嘅點心。入到去要用點心紙落order,已經問清楚waitress佢哋個份量係點計,但係都係黎錯幾次,似乎佢哋都冇共識···不過,佢哋啲點心全部都好高質,款式特別,賣相出色又好味。我地叫左松茸冬菇包、懷舊酥皮蛋撻、綠茶紅豆網卷、黑蒜燒賣、煙燻四喜素卷、特別係呢個櫻花蝦配炸豆腐真係好好味,外脆內軟。仲可以俾多$258加兩小時champagne free flow。
