本身好鐘意食鰻魚. 因為上網睇到有活鰻魚食, 所以慕名而來, 香港一般都急凍貨, 活鰻真係少之又少.本身BOOK左台, 所以都唔洗等. 去到有少少意外, 個場地意外地高級. 地下係接待處, 有接待員帶你上一樓,成個裝修好高檔, 有長好長既壽司BAR台, 好靚. 有2個師傅係面前即席處理.點叫個活海鰻會席, 另外叫左條池魚池身.池魚刺身夠新鮮, 夠鮮甜. 師傅刀功都好好, 上面D介花好靚.之後試個沙律, 入面有D炸魚皮, 沙律菜夠新鮮同洗得乾淨, 魚皮夠爽脆, 2樣野加埋幾特別.之後食個刺身併盤, 有帶子, 油甘魚同甜蝦. 當中帶子比較特別, 師傅係面前即磨柚子皮, 同埋加新鮮青檸汁係帶子上面.成個層次豐富左. 另外幾個菜都係以鰻魚為主, 食得出係新鮮貨, 同一般店急凍貨真係好大分別, 鐘意食鰻魚可以黎一試.

池魚刺身夠新鮮, 夠鮮甜. 師傅刀功都好好, 上面D介花好靚.
