上網見到有唔少媒體都有介紹過呢間日本舖,所以今日約左老婆黎撐枱腳。用左唔少日本酒樽做佈置。熱情菠蘿燒酎,酒味唔算重,始中菠蘿既甜味都可以中和返酒既味道,酒中帶甜。東瀛五點盛,分別有三文魚、吞拿魚、油甘魚、帶子同甜蝦,食落一啲雪藏味都無仲好鮮甜。特別係第一次食到咁柔軟既油甘魚。南瀛卷壽司卷上面鋪左海膽同吞拿蓉,形造出一個小山丘,另外仲有一堆三之魚子喺下面。魚蓉油脂甚重,海膽亦好creamy,而三文魚子咸得黎又好甜。甲羅燒,賣相已經好吸引。活貝盛合,全部都係好新鮮。成個燒海鮮既過程都由職員負責,唔洗我地自己燒浪費左啲野食。甲羅燒落左鵪鶉蛋所以好滑,而蝦肉增加左口感。鮑魚燒到岩岩熟,好腍好爽口。蜆唔係全熟,熱辣辣好鮮甜而且好彈牙。帆立貝,大隻得黎又唔韌,煮完既少少湯都超甜。生蠔本身好大隻,但之後燒燒下就縮水了,不過都重蠔味。原條魷魚比著我自己真係唔識燒到咁腍咁爽口之後再加埋醬汁一齊燒,味道更上一層樓,唔會過咸仲會食到魷魚鮮味,但又唔會咁寡。
