帶老婆去上環interview, 行過生記粥品，記得蔡生本書介紹過但老婆想食牛腩，所以去左生記清湯牛腩麵instead。 叫左牛肚牛腩河，河份質素ok不過好索湯。牛肚入味好食，牛腩偏廋咬落有少少渣但味道非常好。 最出色係個清湯底，清甜牛肉味但一D都唔油。阿姐亦都好有禮貌，會在返去食。
