今日去咗一間日本菜餐廳,真係食咗幾道驚豔嘅料理!首先,試左海膽蟹味噌甲羅燒,甲羅燒得金黃香脆,蟹味噌濃郁,海膽嘅鮮甜更令菜色升華,味道層次豐富,每一口都充滿咗海洋嘅味道,簡直令人回味無窮!然後嚐咗蒲燒鰻魚飯,飯底用嘅係煮得剛好嘅白飯,鰻魚表面刷上特製醬汁,味道甘甜,外脆內嫩,配上香氣四溢嘅白飯,簡直係無得輸!每一口都係享受,好滿足!接著係鐵板宮崎柚子胡椒香蔥牛舌心,牛舌切片烤得啱啱好,肉質滑口,柚子胡椒嘅香氣同微辣味道帶出咗牛舌嘅鮮味,令人讚嘆。搭配鐵板香煎,令人食得更開心,絕對係肉食者嘅最愛!之後再試左燒雞腎,雞腎燒得非常香脆,外皮帶有煙燻味,內裡鮮嫩多汁,搭配少許鹽同檸檬,味道更加出色。最後,燒魷魚同樣精彩,魷魚肉質彈牙,燒到外脆內軟,醬汁香濃,令人忍唔住一口接一口。
