我們點了世味人生套餐,開始了這場美食之旅。首先上的是慢煮雲南辣泡椒皇帝帶子,鮮嫩的海味與微辣的口感相得益彰。接著是西班牙黑毛豬叉燒酥,外脆內嫩的口感令人驚喜,搭配苔菜豆腐,清新可口。然後,我們品嚐了象拔蚌夜香花乾具墩夏瓜湯,湯頭清甜,帶有海鮮的鮮味,令人陶醉。私房吉品溏心乾鮑魚扣鹅掌更是讓人垂涎欲滴,鮑魚的滑嫩與鵝掌的彈牙完美結合。用餐過程中,珍寶珠的冰鎮酸味口感讓我們的味蕾清新開胃。隨後上桌的古越龍山20年花雕蛋蒸海蝦,鮮香撲鼻,鹹酸菜奶油濃魚湯生煎麒麟魚則讓人感受到濃厚的層次感。最後,甜品是20年陳皮鐵觀音雪糕,店員現場磨的陳皮與茶香果凍的搭配,完美詮釋了香濃的茶味,令我們的晚餐畫上了圓滿的句號。
