老公放工同我去啟德Airside 行下,仲帶咗我去食好嘢。嵐月𝐋𝐔𝐍𝐀是一間高質新派粵菜餐廳,裝潢高雅別緻,半開的鳥籠配搭綠色植物打造成一個小園林,是一個極佳的打咭點。用餐環境雅緻, 座位舒適。咖啡燻20日初鴿:乳鴿炸得皮脆肉嫩,用咖啡燻過,肉質帶微微咖啡香。 蘋果木燻泰安雞:上枱後打開蓋已經香氣四溢,泰安雞皮香肉甜,烹調後色澤金黃、雞味濃郁,肉質鮮嫩。嵐月西班牙黑豚叉燒:西班牙黑毛豬肉身肥瘦相間,令瘦肉甘香而不硬,入口帶果仁味,食落豐厚多汁,外層微微燒焦帶甜香,肉質軟嫩不油膩。楊枝甘露味道唔錯,西米、芒果和柚子的比例恰到好處,西米粒粒分明,啖啖芒果肉已覺得很清新了,有透心涼的感覺!
