個人覺得出色嘅日本料理,除咗要食物美味,擺盤精緻外,環境同服務都好重要,最近喺佐敦食過一間餐廳,以上幾點都有唔錯嘅水準。我地食咗一個活海鰻套會席,連沙律同甜品共有7道,都好夠喉。前菜沙律後,先上刺身盛盒,有甜蝦、深海池魚同埋帆立貝,池魚魚油味香、肉鮮濃,甜蝦同帆立貝新鮮味甜活海鰻蒸年糕外層用糯米粉做成,口感煙un似糍巴,裡面包住活海鰻,感覺又有啲似左水角,幾特別。池魚刺身原條活魚魚造成刺身有他他同埋赤身嘅食法,他他加咗醬汁同埋芝麻,酸酸地,幾開胃,刺身魚味較濃,口感豐富。活鰻天婦羅一客兩件,薄薄嘅炸粉,包住厚厚嘅活海鰻,鰻魚味甘香,炸得乾身,唔會油膩。活鰻籠仔蒸飯做法糅合咗中式做法,喺日式料理嚟講比較特別,籠仔盛載住香米,蒸熟後再舖上蛋絲同主角,大大片又厚身嘅燒海鰻,口感豐滿,飯香帶黏性,加上海鰻嘅燒汁,惹味又飽肚,非常滿足。個人提議,如果用上荷葉加上更多嘅燒汁,應該會更香更開胃最後一客鰻魚蛋糕,完滿結尾。
