剛 business trip 回香港,還有少許記憶。快快和各位食家分享光顧了不少次,基本上水準很穩定,但今次有少許失手 雖然一早打電話預訂,但今次隻蟹不夠飽滿,有少少水蟹的感覺每次必點的菜式,一早打電話預訂了掌翼、大腸及鵝肝。但今次味道咸了些少很貴 (每位約$1200-$1400) 但很好味保持水準,每次光顧必點的菜式非一般的蠔仔粥,因為加入了響螺片( 要柯打響螺才可以做),格外鮮味沙爹醬夠濃郁孫子兵法竹簡帶了一枝 Domaine Trapet Pere & Fils (Grand Cru) 2007
