To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從去過廟街食又貴又難食的煲仔飯之後，我成日周圍去搵邊到有好食的煲仔飯。想試左呢間好耐，今次終於的起心肝過去食，好近柯士甸站，佐敦行過去就遠啲。必點。廣式臘味煲仔飯！用料靚，有廣式臘肉，廣式鮮肉蠟腸同埋南安板鴨，好香的臘味，待應會過來幫你加葱花加油再撈，特別一讚係飯焦，好香脆。甜蜜咕嚕肉。中意食咕嚕肉的話值得叫一份，因為佢係拉絲，個糖香做得結身，裹上件咕嚕肉。我哋再叫咗個炒芥蘭，好重蒜香，而芥蘭切到一片片，食到芥蘭，平時嗰種苦澀之外，仲帶嚟點點甘香。餐廳環境好舒服，係一家人食飯嘅好去處。
