香港其實都有好多地方食日本丼飯,但係要講用心製作嘅話就唔太容易搵到,有時大家都着重大件抵食,忽略咗個魚生本身嘅質素。呢間小店門口細細,如果喺威靈頓街入嘅話要向下落兩層,舖頭細細,但係非常整潔企理。我哋點咗一個廚師發辦魚生飯同埋一個江戶前散壽司,兩個都係特上,想試吓啲高級魚生。因為係定食嘅關係,首先會上一個沙律同埋茶碗蒸,沙律比我想像之中精美好多,裏面有南瓜、粟米、西蘭花同埋其他蔬菜,七彩顏色,加一個酸甜醋汁,超級開胃。蒸蛋就正常發揮。食完之後記得要有啲耐性,因為全部都係師傅即刻整,唔好諗住自己嚟食快餐。兩個飯攞上嚟嘅時候都幾驚艷嘅,因為真係用料豐富,店員細心講解江戶前其實係一啲比較傳統嘅魚生,廚師發辦嗰個就會比較時令,仲提醒我哋要順時針咁樣食啲魚生,幾有趣。刺身質素非常高,全部都好新鮮,我最喜歡大拖羅、海膽、同埋燒帶子。其實佢啲配菜都好好食,例如係甜豆腐皮同埋燒玉子,牛蒡漬物都好入味。重點要講江戶前嘅飯唔係普通壽司醋飯,而係混合咗昆布有調味嘅壽司飯,基本上你食晒成碗都唔需要加一滴豉油,亦唔會搶走個魚味。如果唔想食咁貴,唔一定叫特上嘅,我見到其他客人食嘅款式都好精美,以佢呢個價錢食到呢個

如果唔想食咁貴,唔一定叫特上嘅,我見到其他客人食嘅款式都好精美,以佢呢個價錢食到呢個質素,都係中環係一個非常好嘅選擇!
