To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 提早母親節飯局,去酒店食點心,都預咗貴,但食物只是一般水平。正如一些人留言,服務員嚴重不足,即使全場只有10張枱有客,都招呼唔哂,只覺她們慢吞吞,問泊車優惠,好似唔識講廣東話咁,亂七八糟,要我們其中五個人,發出唔同問題去估佢想表達什麼。最差係個洗手間,舊…不是問題,但整體整潔只能用差嚟形容,厠板好舊有漬,好似無人打掃,即使外表怎樣華麗,洗手間如整潔如此差,給人印象只做表面功夫,其實,越高級食肆,洗手間越是非常注重整潔。平均點心$50-$80一樣,大多是兩粒(或兩件),一般水平都收呢個價,怪不得只有10枱人!!希望你們見字改善下。
