很久沒有出街食飯,所以和友人諗住食好點,一於一起fine dinning啦!左揀右揀的時候,同事推薦我去這間食意法菜,所以我們就選了這間做我們的飯聚地點。這裡的位置位於中環最出名的氣油燈樓梯旁,環境高貴優雅,這裡還可以一大班朋友一齊飯聚都卓卓有餘呢。坐下後點選了餐後,我們不想喝酒,他們推介了一隻桃茶,入口桃味十足,但又不會搶去茶的味道,桃和茶的比配合簡直天衣無縫,這杯桃茶是我飲過咁多桃茶最好味的,果然沒有介紹錯。在食餐前,他們端上一籃麵包,麵包有三種,每種麵包都有不同口感,有一種口感還咸咸脆脆的,配上意大利醋和橄欖油,相當可口。這個鴨肝多士,面頭配上萍果啫喱,鴨肝夾著多士和萍果啫喱,萍果的酸味加上多士香脆,鴨肝的軟綿但不油膩,三種口感,層次豐富,用來做前菜真的一流!Creamy burrata, Spanish Ham, Heirloom Tomato,黑毛豬火腿很有油香,夾著burrata芝士,這個配搭非常匹配,Heirloom Tomato細細粒,吃上去非常香甜好味,加上陳醋,很有驚喜。Lobster Bisque, Cognac Cream,首先上碟只是見到一隻雲吞和一些泡沬在碟

Lobster Bisque, Cognac Cream,首先上碟只是見到一隻雲吞和一些泡沬在碟,跟著他們將一壺龍蝦湯倒入碟內,龍蝦湯龍蝦味濃郁,雲吞入面實是龍蝦肉做成的,泡沬令龍蝦湯梗香滑,非常好飲!

這間食意法菜的餐廳給我們很有驚喜,侍應也很有禮貎,他們很細心地常常給我們將枱布舖回平伏,這點真的要給讚,很少餐廳會顧給這種細節。今次真的大開眼界。
