平時食得油膩,又食冇定時,所以決定去食下齋清下腸胃。不過唔想去啲傳統店舖度食,感覺了無新意,所以就搵喺銅鑼灣chill chill地嘅新式齋菜,功德林上海素食。入到店舖,我地被帶到坐窗邊位置,個景超靚,嘗心悅目。我地叫咗脆皮素鵝 $90,咕嚕肉 $128,芙蓉炒桂花翅 $128同埋原桶豆腐花 $48。✨脆皮素鵝 $90素鵝賣相超好,唔講真係唔覺得係齋。咬落唔油同埋幾脆口,而且非常足料,件數都唔少。✨ 咕嚕肉 $128跟住黎個咕嚕肉,味道甜酸適中,新鮮菠蘿非常鮮甜,食落去係一度非常開胃既小菜。咕嚕肉口感都好似平時係酒樓食開個啲,感覺好正,同時冇咗肉膩感,更加清爽冇負擔。✨芙蓉炒桂花翅 $128至於個桂花翅,賣相高貴,蛋白炒得結實滑溜,味道清清地,唔錯。✨ 原桶豆腐花 $48原桶豆腐花非常嫩滑,值得一提就係佢既桂花糖水,食落去有種脫俗既感覺。
