To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雞蛋愛好者生定熟煎定炒都一樣咁正丼丼屋推出咗一系列嘅親子丼勁多蛋白質，正呀叫左鳥開芝士親子丼定食，刺身好新鮮，而全部定食會跟埋幾件刺身鳥開手羽先(雞翼)一次滿足到我兩個願望佢呢個丼飯係用咗名古屋交趾雞嘅雞髀肉，好滑好juicy 。食親子丼最怕係好乾，但因為佢係好Juicy 又有蛋醬保持濕潤，送飯一流。另外仲叫左蝦天婦羅配碁子麵，個面麵原來係名古屋當地特色食物，再配冷麵試下，天氣咁熱就岩哂開胃小食叫左炸魷魚酥，口感都酥脆，幾正
