To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

比較少喺九龍城出沒，唔係朋友介紹都未必識嚟，嚟完之後覺得朋友冇介紹錯，抵大夾大件，質素又高明爐烏頭一向係我至愛，大大條新鮮烏頭，魚肉鮮嫩，青檸汁酸酸地吊出蒜味同辣味，味道豐富嘅經典泰菜試咗期間限定品泰北火鍋，好抵食，牛、豚、魷魚同蝦份量十足，新鮮爽口，蔬菜盤新鮮嫩綠，份量多到食極都仲有咁炒河係另一樣我好鍾意食嘅嘢，炒到好夠乾身，河粉唔會痴埋一齊，口感好好，配料又足，喺啖都食到豬扒同配菜鮮蝦柚子沙律，呢個組合好夾，食材新鮮已經一定好食，仲要配上甜甜地嘅醬汁同脆卜卜嘅花生，味道同口感都好豐富飲品揀咗青檸菠蘿沙冰同泰式奶茶，青檸同菠蘿味都好突出，又好夾，泰式奶茶陣香味亦好濃郁店面掛咗好多獎狀同獎牌，絕對係信心之選，唔單止食物質素高，環境又乾淨，服務又好，QR Code落單都好方便，下次想食泰菜會回頭
