To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前係興冬天食煲仔飯，貪佢食完暖粒粒。其實夏天坐室內開住冷氣食都一樣咁正。今次黎到佐敦呢間餐廳，裝修高級好有格調，卡位又坐得舒適，食物質素仲喜出望外。香菇滑雞煲仔飯 + 廣式臘腸 : 煲仔飯一上枱已經聞到陣陣飯香，侍應會即場加入醬油、香蔥及芫哂攪拌，煲仔飯既餸份量都幾多，細份2個人都一定夠食。雞肉嫩滑啖啖肉，臘腸唔肥而且唔會太鹹。食到一半侍應再將飯焦剷起，焦香甘脆!另外再叫了金銀絲拌銀針同上湯菜心，兩款小菜都做出了高水準，味道非常唔錯。
