遲來的冬天,終於迎接本季第一次火鍋。涼涼哋,內心不期然想起一鍋堂,吃火鍋都係出街食最方便。一鍋潮汕湯豬骨湯底加入大地魚湯熬燉,味道濃郁鹹香,冬菇與蝦米令湯底更加鮮香。除咗火鍋配料,點加還提供一些熱葷小食,如咖喱豬皮蘿蔔、川味小食與麻辣木耳、雞腎、手帕青瓜等,品質亦都不錯。肉類方面有特選安格斯牛肉、牛脷心扥、西班牙栗飼豬梅肉、當中以腐乳羊柳最為有特色,淡淡的腐乳配上羊肉,兩者混合成一股獨特的乳香,值得一試。雖然不是最貴的套餐,亦有海鮮提供,如:白鱔片、鯇魚片、鯇魚腩、魚雲、水魷及精選貝類。鯇魚腩甚為肥美,相當好吃!結賬店員通知午市 2點半後入座會有88折;晚市 9點入座 即減 $20,並額外增加 30 分鐘,相當抵食。
