To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

極尚大喜屋 - 高質刺身放題今日介紹一間位於銅鑼灣區嘅日式料理專門店，形式係任食嘅放題，晚市可以任食兩小時，刺身、壽司、炸物、串燒、燒物、日式料理一應俱全。首先當然要叫一叫刺身拼盤，無論賣相、擺盤同埋質素，都可以媲美中高價位嘅店舖，而且仲係任食，推介厚切嘅三文魚同埋油甘魚。然後就係壽司，魚生壽司同埋火炙壽司都有提供，另外仲有創意嘅卷物，而且每一件嘅size唔會太大，食到個味道之餘又唔會好快飽。 其實覺得食刺身已經可以回本，另一個回本位嘅就係任食嘅雪糕，超多種口味嘅Häagen-Dazs。覺得唔夠嘅話，仲有燒物、炸物同埋串燒，另外估唔到嘅就係有乳鴿，平時大時大節酒樓先先會叫，而家放題就可以任食添。
