To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去年年尾(好像是12月聖誕節之前)幫趁過一次,對其咕嚕肉念念不忘,今天朋友話食小炒,立即建議去這間位於太子的小店,好讓我再回味她的咕嚕肉。上檯了,咕嚕肉熱辣辣,味道保持水準,那微脆的皮面,令包著的豬肉仍保留肉汁,老闆娘說他們是用新鮮豬肉,因為味道會比較理想,另外他的汁做到拔絲的效果,再加上新鮮菠蘿,這一碟份量不算少的招牌咕嚕肉才賣$98,我個人覺得物超所值,令我回味無窮之餘,更是所有客人的必點菜式,真心推介。
