To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鬆軟的卷蛋,無論外貌、味道都值得一讚,粉紅忌廉做得很幼滑,但不會太甜太膩,味道剛好,老闆說這是小朋友最喜歡的一款口味 🍓

💋 特濃伯爵茶日式卷蛋 ($48)
伯爵茶癡如我,又怎會錯過老闆特別推介的特濃伯爵茶卷蛋?看似平平無奇,但卷蛋和忌廉卻帶著非常濃厚的伯爵茶味道,是老闆特意調配的「重口味」,忌廉同樣很幼滑而不膩,是我吃過最喜愛的原始伯爵茶滋味~
