停不了的大閘蟹宴,今年不論放題或是大閘蟹套餐都好多選擇,豐儉由人,這晚,我就來到,一邊望著機場,一邊享用大閘蟹套餐;2年多沒到機場,實在是有點感慨,希望各國疫情受到控制,大家都可出外放鬆遊玩一下啦﹗9道菜套餐,頭盤有油燜箭筍、滋味黃魚球、蜜餞叉燒皇;滋味黃魚球香酥脆口,厚切叉燒幾乎沒有脂肪,正合我意,入口爽口有彈性,蜜汁甜蜜度剛剛好呢﹗清蒸大閘蟹,近期吃的都是5兩半蟹公,這隻也不例外,蟹膏黏口軟綿,鮮甜又甘香,連蟹肉也肉嫩juicy,說實在,一隻未夠喉呀﹗特意點了瓶花雕酒襯托一下,酒香醇厚,實是絕配。花膠鱈場蟹鉗燉烏雞,非常滾燙的燉湯,材料十足,湯頭清徹卻濃郁,就像喝滴雞精般,完全是精華所在,烏雞肉好幼嫩,大塊花膠軟身又帶點黏口,好滋補養顏呢~煙燻乳鴿,用上14天的BB鴿,並用龍井煙燻,皮脆肉嫩,乳鴿皮吸滿煙燻味道,根本上不用沾上淮鹽及喼汁,超級美味呀﹗紅杮瑤柱浸時蔬,紅杮即蕃茄,原汁原味的蕃茄湯,一口喝下,是家味道,鮮甜無味精,搭配爽嫩生菜膽,鮮甜度大增。蟹粉稻庭烏冬,我覺得嘛,高湯不用加太多,剛浸滿烏冬面就好了,這樣不會沖散蟹粉,蟹粉可以掛滿在爽滑彈牙的稻庭烏冬上,滑溜甘香,實是滿

蟹粉稻庭烏冬,我覺得嘛,高湯不用加太多,剛浸滿烏冬面就好了,這樣不會沖散蟹粉,蟹粉可以掛滿在爽滑彈牙的稻庭烏冬上,滑溜甘香,實是滿足。
