早前約左朋友出黎傾下近況,大家都好中意日本野,經過一番熱烈討論,大家達成共識,去呢間上野鐵板專門店一聚!地方幾大,有卡位又有吧枱位,因為人唔多,所以坐吧枱位望住廚師燒野食更有感覺!Menu 五花八門,真係好難決擇呀!!最後同Fd決定食呢合海鮮Set,有海鮮又有和牛,非常吸引!活蜆雜菌麵豉湯,鮮味濃郁,帶少少油份更顯香口。前菜有豆腐和風沙律,豆腐相當細滑,配上胡麻醬汁,胃口大開~頭盤有北寄貝刺身,肉身肥美,鮮甜爽口。北海道帶子皇,師傳將帶子煎至金黃微焦色,帶子皇鮮嫩多肉,鮮香氣味抓鼻,啖啖肉既口感超滿足~~日本原隻魷魚筒,香口Q彈,質感嫩滑,韌度調節得岩岩好!美國頂級牛柳,半份係7成熟,半份係5成熟,牛柳嫩滑多汁,牛香味非常濃郁,7成熟既牛柳香脆可口。三文魚炒烏冬,三文魚富魚香味,烏冬配上甜甜的醬汁,味道不錯。日式炒時菜,充滿鐵板炭燒味,十分香口~
