To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺荃灣行山行到入大棠,落左山梗係要喺元朗食飯啦!唔覺意搵到呢間小店,佢有兩層,但上層已無位,要坐吧枱,都幾迫下,攞住大背囊真係唔係坐得好舒服。魚生飯,自己揀材料,honey揀左帶子、赤蝦、三文魚腩,份量唔算多,但材料都幾新鮮,以$62嚟講算好抵。以下壽司每款兩件,每款都只係$9-12!味道正常,但咁嘅價錢,又有咩要求呢!食壽司當然唔少得食牛油果軟殼蟹卷,軟殼蟹香脆,蟹籽新鮮,唔錯!落單戈陣都猶豫過要唔要燒白鱔,上枱先知原來咁細粒,鱔肉都算肥美,味道唔錯,但$48一串兩粒似乎有d貴!呢間小店應該係元朗區人氣食店之一,食完7:30店外好多人等位,慶幸我哋嚟早一步!😜
