一段時間唔會去日本，唯有喺香港搵間有氣氛有地道嘅居酒屋一解鄉愁。去咗好多好評嘅鳥鑫居酒屋，雖然以雞為主打，但係串燒種類都好多樣化，除咗雞之外都有豬牛提供！先送上野菜條，雪梨條好甜，蘸上味噌醬好夾！雞胸紫蘇葉雞皮好脆，所以係雞胸位置，但係一啲都唔嚡，食落有肉汁，加埋紫蘇葉，味道更有層次。雞胸軟骨咬落好爽好脆，送酒好夾！雞蠔肉好少見到呢個部位嘅雞肉，點咗一份試吓！雞蠔肉肉質結實，口感略帶嚼勁，簡單調味已經味道唔錯！厚揚豆腐炸至外脆內軟，面頭灑上慷慨的木魚及香蔥，好惹味！燒菠蘿菠蘿表面焦糖化，燒完之後糖分更加濃縮，超甜超多汁，最佳飯後甜品！食住串燒，飲下酒，好chill呀！
