💡高質居酒屋呢間好有日式的屋酒屋,充滿地道漁村風味。餐廳空間十足,食材都係由日本直送,非常新鮮,唔洗飛去日本都感受到日本屋酒屋的感覺。🐓唐揚炸雞炸雞真係好香脆,外脆內嫩,入面非常juicy,估唔到咁大舊都咁嫩。🐙炸八爪魚鬚呢個好香口,炸完仲好彈牙,味道岩岩好,岩曬黎做餐前小食。🍣雲丹蚧肉卷海膽夠大粒,好豐富,食落解甜得黎帶點海水味。蟹肉都幾多,夾埋一齊食,味道好豐富。🐠東瀛五點盛有齊五款刺身,吞拿魚、三文魚、油甘魚、帶子及牡丹蝦,樣樣都好新解。三文魚同吞拿魚好肥美,🐟黑松露鰻魚釜飯 呢個釜飯上菜後要焗15分鐘,焗完之後打開蓋,陣陣香味,仲有飯焦。鰻魚肥美,再加上黑松露,味道好香。🦀蚧味噌甲羅燒 店員會先將蟹膏、蟹肉、蟹子、鵪鶉蛋等材料混合,燒熱後好香,撈埋所有材料一齊食,滿滿的蟹膏,好滋味。而店員仲會幫燒埋,好細心。
