To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大鄉里出城，去港島行完街，不嬲以為中環食野就係貴加高級加好細份，仲要係中環既法國菜，就抱住一個月食一餐好既心態黎試下。餐廳係樓上鋪，星期六似乎人流都唔算多。環境清靜暗暗地，而且空間闊落而且服務態度好好！首先叫左份墨汁海鮮意粉，一開始以為會成盤黑色上黎，但個汁又唔同一段餐廳整既汁，類似蕃茄？龍蝦湯？既味，好開胃！芥末蜜汁豬肋骨冇諗過餐廳咁細心切好哂先上菜而且肉軟身，冇overcook，依然好juicy!個汁酸酸甜甜！雖然唔係甜品愛好者，但食得咁開心，就久違叫再份心太軟！果醬超好食，酸酸甜甜，層次豐富，加埋個好濃既超流心朱古力！原來中環都有啲好食得黎同係平民價格既法國菜，而且呢三款菜都很不錯，值得一試！
