冇食過蒜片蝦又點可以同人講話去過食西班牙餐廳呢?佢啲蝦超大隻,食落好爽口彈牙,一食就食得出好新鮮,而且佈滿哂炸到好脆嘅蒜片🤤🧄上枱趁熱食嘅時候,佢下面啲油係炸炸聲,餐廳仲提供咗一人一塊包俾我哋,點埋下面啲橄欖油加蒜片一齊食,好正🥹

我哋嗰日嘅餐湯有蘑菇湯或西班牙凍湯,因為我氣管唔好,所以就揀返熱嘅湯嚟飲,佢呢度嘅蘑菇湯一啲都唔普通,成個湯都係用蘑菇打碎而成🍄所以飲落好濃郁好rich,而且入面仲加咗啲黑松露仲有少少蘑菇碎,超有咬口,撈埋上面嗰啲黑椒一齊飲,好滿足💝

成完咁多咁濃味嘅嘢,店員就俾咗個柑味雪葩俾我哋清一清味蕾,準備食之後嘅主菜🤩雪葩係用新鮮嘅柑去整,所以好fresh 同埋帶有生果本身嘅甜味,唔會好似出面個啲死甜咁🍊

由於兩老都好鍾意食乳豬,佢哋pre-set 嘅menu 就冇乳豬嘅,不過我見到佢可以加配,呢度嗌咗3 人份量🙆🏻‍♀️平時食開嘅中式乳豬,就通常食佢個脆皮,只會有少量嘅肉黐住塊皮,西班牙乳豬會見到佢肉都好大舊,啖啖肉,正🤭🤭不過臊味會比較重,所以佢隔離就俾咗個醋我哋配嚟食,不過因為我哋一啲都唔怕臊味,所以就咁食已經好滋味,而且佢個皮都整得好脆😋😋下面仲有啲薯仔片同蘆筍做配菜,簡單嘅調味已經好好食👍🏻

第二度主菜就當然係西班牙海鮮炒飯啦🥘因為個飯連鑊咁上,會一直都keep 到個溫度,為咗唔好令啲蝦太熟🦐所以店員就叫我哋食咗啲蝦先,之後再炒一炒個飯嚟食,啲蝦佢已經幫我哋剪咗個殼,所以好容易就剝到,啲蝦仲好彈牙添🙆🏻‍♀️而側邊嘅檸檬片唔好以為係裝飾🍋其實係餐廳嘅貼心之舉,因為炒飯味道都會比較濃,所以客人可以根據自己嘅口味加少量嘅檸檬汁中和返,我覺得加咗檸檬更fresh 又有另一番風味,好似食緊2 個唔同嘅飯咁🤣🤣

Tiramisu 就成日食,但打成泡沫就真係第一次試,食落冇平時咁heavy 而且更香滑,而下面有層好薄嘅蛋糕,就浸住咗係好濃嘅咖啡同酒香入面☕️隔離嘅雪糕係餐廳自家製嘅雜莓味雪糕🍓🫐冇添家任何嘅防腐劑,雪糕酸酸地,中和返Tiramisu 嘅甜,簡直係perfect match💗💗
