又係多謝朋友介紹 ,carry 我去食好西嘅環節 🎉Burrata 5.1 - Summer berries, tomato compote, panca chill, thai pesto好特別嘅一款 Burrata,混合咗各式香料調味令口感同味道都更加 complex ,增添嘅酸辣同脆身,同 Burrata 嘅奶香🍼互相暉映。作為前菜有啲驚喜Ox Tongue Yakitori - Waygu Beef tongue, apple slaw, black ceps牛舌厚身但唔鞋,個人覺得配合埋個沙律同 jalapeño 係起到畫龍點睛嘅效果,令牛舌嘅味道都豐富起嚟 (利申呢味嘅肝菌唔啱我口味,我個人鍾意 juicy 嘅菌類多啲)Goulash - Papadelle, wagyu beef cheek, honeycomb tripe寛麵加汁食落滑滑的,最特別係除咗一般常見嘅牛面頰之外仲有牛肚,經過燉煮嘅牛肚煙靭又有彈性⚡️同入口即溶嘅牛面頰各具特色~Oyster - Chittara, Hiroshima oyster, lemon and pepper pearl好精彩,帶點焦香

用雞胸加上雞腿肉製成嘅雞捲,包上雞皮令口感外脆內軟。調味好似食緊一碗濃厚嘅擔擔麪咁🥜花生味香得不得了 Threadfin (馬友) - Fermented tomato/Escabeche/ Market Fresh Clams/ Clam Jus
肉質鮮嫩,但食落馬友嘅魚油脂香唔係好突出,反而個伴碟嘅蕃茄同蜆都不錯 Beef Tartare - Variety Mustard/Picked jalapeno/Fried Taro
Beef Tartare 加入咗炸芋頭條,口感有趣,滑中帶脆,牛肉嫩而鮮😋 Lamb Spare Ribs - Tzatziki sauce, Harissa oil/Lime leaf
喜歡墊底嘅 yogurt 醬汁,但件羊太焦唔係好啱我口味,同埋落咗嘅油令整體個口感更加膩,有啲over Provencal Gnocchi - Homemade Parmesan Gnocchi. Provencal Sauce/ Semi-dried tomato
圓碌碌嘅 Gonocchi 口感QQ彈彈有咬口,芝士味夠香,同充滿蕃茄同蒜香嘅汁好夾🍅睇落平凡但食落好滿足 Dessert 係普洱 Basque Burnt Cheesecake,有茶甘食落就唔會太滯,呢度嘅cheesecake 口感唔係流心款都幾綿密~ 食物幾有驚喜,店員都好用心介紹每款食物嘅烹調同特色。份量唔大可以一次過試多幾個唔同嘅款式~🤩
