To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間小店分兩層,上層類似一個小閣樓,今次係朋友推介嚟呢間食店食嘢嘅,我哋一行幾人由於太肚餓嘅關係,一坐低,就自己拎起個Menu劃低想食乜嘢喇。因為價錢相宜,所以劃嘢食嘅時候亦毫不手軟。壽司上嘅魚生好新鮮,而且件餸大大件,舊飯既份量唔大,唔會話食飯食到濟。刺身真係好新鮮呀,而且大大件。炸物有炸年糕、炸蠔,外脆內暖,沙律醬係畫龍點睛。燒物有燒魷魚筒、燒牛舌、燒元貝、燒肥牛竹筍、燒雞泡魚干,雖然係燒物,但係唔會話燒到乾爭爭,好難咬,相反仲保持到食物水份,最鍾意係個燒雞泡魚干,好脆好香,小食首選。
