To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 總共有2款卷物,分別是香蔥金槍魚腩卷、神戶和牛舞茸卷及墨西哥卷,3個卷物都很不錯,特別是香蔥金槍魚腩卷,果然是招牌菜,油香肥美;另外最意外是墨西哥卷,內裏是簡單的cream cheese、墨西哥辣椒及牛油果,但出奇地夾,辣辣地令幾開胃,再加上cream cheese,好食到會再encore

天婦羅的種類都算多樣化,包括有炸蝦、炸蟹鉗、炸紫銀雪魚、牛柳及舞茸菇,因為是即叫即炸,所以上枱時非常的熱,正;這裏的天婦羅炸得香脆不油膩,不錯,最喜歡炸蝦,大隻又爽口彈牙

🌟爐端燒
再來是爐端燒,包括有宮崎和牛西冷、鹿兒島和牛肉眼串、北海道豚肉腸、鹽燒鱈魚串、日本風螺串、河鰻、秋葵及日本蒜頭,宮崎和牛西冷脂肪豐富,所以入口軟淋好味,鰻魚都肥美好食,另外秋葵都燒得入味juicy,而日本風螺及日本蒜頭就好特別,啱晒重口味人士~

講咗咁耐,而家先到主菜部份
主菜是四選一,我地就分別揀咗鹿兒島A4和牛肉眼牛扒及蒜香松露焗龍蝦。
先吃蒜香松露焗龍蝦,龍蝦肉已經拆肉,啖啖肉食落好方便,龍蝦肉質彈牙,加上蒜香松露醬就更惹味。
肉鹿兒島A4和牛肉眼牛扒,加咗隻半生熟蛋,大加份,已經軟淋入味的牛扒再醮上蛋汁,更加惹味。
