To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同女朋友黎到中環搵食我地都喜愛日本菜經過見到樓上有日本菜就決定上去試下餐廳裝修有格調,充滿日本既感覺仿似去左旅行咁我地今晚揀左A4仙台和牛及龍蝦嚐味晚宴蟹肉菠菜沙律菠菜卷成柱狀,好有心事配上鮮味蟹肉非常開胃磯煮鮑魚鮑魚爽口彈牙,熟度剛好唔需要太多調味,食返身材鮮味就足夠刺身,壽司盛合刺身肥美新鮮,壽司手握既技術高超用筷子夾起唔會鬆散,唔係咁簡單溫野菜燒蔬菜既串燒原來都可以咁好食完全不比肉類串燒遜色黑松露汁焗龍蝦原隻龍蝦上,非常豪華蝦肉非常鮮甜,口感爽口加上黑松露汁,好惹味A4仙台和牛陶板燒和牛極之肥美,再係陶板上燒油香滿溢,入口即融係整晚既高潮
