叫左熱門鳥海山鐵板餐,先黎刺身。剝皮魚:肉質較為結實,食落口感較脆口,有淡淡地魚鮮味。真鯛:貴為鯛魚中之王,肉質較爽口,鮮味濃烈而不肥膩,可連皮食。魚皮好薄,除了去鱗等基本功夫外,食落無筋,可見刀功有番咁上下。油甘魚:光線之下,可見滿滿既魚油,鮮味而甘甜,非常回味。活龍蝦🦞,熟度剛剛好,有濃郁龍蝦味,新鮮彈牙。活鮑魚味道濃郁,口感煙韌有彈性。鵝肝多士,充滿肝香油份,配埋多士啱晒。牛肉薄燒,肉味濃郁,廚師將牛肉放上鐵板即刻熟咗,散上胡椒同鹽調味。炒飯即炒,熱辣辣上碗,有櫻花蝦香味。最後,就係晚餐味噌湯及甜品😋
