對 Pirata Group 嘅餐廳一路都好有信心,最愛嘅係 Tokyolima。而 Honjo 係一間主打 modern 日本菜嘅餐廳,又有 restaurant week 嘅優惠,當然要試吓啦。禮拜六嘅晏晝過嚟食,餐廳都幾full,原來佢哋有做weekend brunch,除咗午餐又有多一個選擇👫🏻▫️第1款前菜係 salmon puff ,香脆嘅泡芙外層,入邊包住粒粒三文魚魚生飯,好味。外型令我諗起之前喺同一集團旗下嘅印度餐廳 Chaiwala 都食過嘅 Aloo Tikka Chaat,同樣好味👍🏻▫️第2款前菜係 spinach,配上 mustard seed 同芝麻醬汁,夠晒開胃。▫️主菜揀咗 flank steak,係薄切嘅牛扒,medium rare 煎得啱啱好,肉質嫩滑,一啲都唔un。帶 wasabi 味嘅薯蓉,夠晒特別創新。▫️另一道主菜揀咗 cauliflower,配上熱情果醬汁仲有炒香過嘅杏仁片,健康又惹味。跟餐仲有炒飯,炒得粒粒分明夠鑊氣,加入左七味粉同辣粉,有少少辣,不過食得太快唔記得影相😆▫️最後嘅甜品揀咗matcha lava,叫得做lava,一督落去抹茶汁就流晒

最後嘅甜品揀咗matcha lava,叫得做lava,一督落去抹茶汁就流晒出嚟,撈埋個雪糕一齊食,再配上個脆片,簡直完美。 必食呀👍🏻
