今日去了朋友介紹位於銅鑼灣登龍街的居酒屋食午餐,朋友話這店最特別的地方是可以吃到牛內臟串燒。入到餐廳覺得好有日本居酒屋的感覺,無得去飛去日本,可以來止止咳。既然來到串燒店,當然要試下佢地既串燒串燒套餐 - 牛肋條、横隔肌,牛舌,冬菇($168)牛肋條燒得剛剛好,肉味香濃而且很軟淋。燒横隔肌有濃郁牛味,燒得很香口厚燒牛舌以簡單鹽燒,牛舌夠厚又不會韌,還帶點爽口。飯是用上了日本米,有煙韌的感,配以串燒的醬汁,非常美味跟餐還有附送一碟刺身。法式鵝肝配蝦夷蔥花蛋飯($108)鵝肝口感入口即融,油脂剛好,不會很油膩米飯配以蝦夷蔥花和蛋一起吃,特別美味,賣相也很吸引牛大腸 ($38) - 入口即溶,口感肥美!口中充滿牛的油脂味道,但又不會膩!好味牛骨髓($40) -  我是第一次食,燒得外脆內軟,完全没有騷味,唔錯牛沙瓜($36) -  原來是牛的第四個胃,是最矜貴的,入口爽脆煙韌,非常有口感蘆筍豚肉卷($38) -  將爽脆蘆筍用豬肉包起來,一啖可以吃到多種口感,給味蕾大滿足如果開番晚市,會同朋友再來飲下酒🍻,傾下計。
