To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

與不太能吃刺身的友人去吃日本放題,選擇了這間常有新Menu、而且熟食很多、質素也很不錯的大喜屋系列!倆口子都120mins輕輕鬆鬆、沒有壓力的吃,上菜快,沒有漏單,店員清桌又勤快,自助區選擇豐富也很整潔,下次餓鬼出動可以再Encore!2小時自選時段 $298/pax一坐下就Order刺身拼盤,每次必點的三文魚、帶子和大赤蝦都相當不錯,特別是大赤蝦,飽滿肥美,質素絕對不比單點的居酒屋差!除了個人最愛、油光閃閃的火炙系列和燒鰻魚外,今次發現自助區竟然有燒味Corner,去放題也吃到乳豬、燒腩仔和燒鴨,而且質素不差,太有驚喜!此外,一些賣相精緻、味道也中上的刺身料理,也值得一試。熟食選擇不比刺身/生食少,厚燒鵝肝多士一咬就爆油,多士脆口,與油香豐富的鵝肝非常Match,沒有健康考慮的話必須要Encore幾輪!燉花膠也非只是Gimmick打卡,有厚度、有膠感。一口牛柳粒新鮮出爐,雖有少筋,但熱辣辣又惹味。以椰汁燉木瓜甜品作結,好滿足!
