慶祝特別日子,梗係要食好野,期待左好耐嘅omakase! 餐廳喺跑馬地黃泥涌道,雖然位於跑馬地,但其實銅鑼灣站行過去都好快,只係5分鐘。餐廳有一張長型壽司吧枱,可以容納十人,裝修日式清雅,仲有個小小庭園,真係好有日本感覺。晚餐主要提供一款omakase menu: MIYABI ($1880)食物有質素,食材新鮮多元化,大滿足。切魚生握飯處理食材都係師傅親自主理,每一道菜師傅都會詳細介紹所用的食材,非常專業用心。有時食omakase會好拘謹,但今次全晚氣氛都好輕鬆,師傅好健談。前菜好似藝術品,擺盤精美,未食已經覺得好有驚喜。水雲藻山芋蓉,腐皮,一夜干,再加香脆可口炸沢蟹,可以連殼食。鱧魚清湯配梅醬,肉質爽彈,加上順菜,有一層啫喱包住口感特別。平目魚,屬於較淡味嘅魚,所以師傅特別配上酸汁,好清爽。金目鯛來自日本熱海,師傅用熱水燙過魚皮,可以連皮一齊食,入口甘香。富山縣小白蝦係師傅逐隻剝殼,非常鮮甜,再黎二食素揚小白蝦,炸到好香脆,唔洗加任何醬汁都好好食粒貝+石恒貝,可加鹽食,但唔加鹽都已經食到好鮮味,兩者肉質都好有彈性。水八爪魚觸手肉加八爪魚吸盤, 第一次食八爪魚吸盤,非常爽脆。三文魚子

白燒鰻魚來自靜岡縣,同平時食開嘅浦燒唔同,唔需要任何醬汁,食到鰻魚嘅油香,燒到脆身,肉質緊緻,估唔到白燒都可以咁好食。
