To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

風味燒豬頸肉，超級大份，肉質鮮嫩，外皮燒到卜卜脆，配搭特製嘅醬汁，口感層次分明，送酒一流！但驚喜嘅係泰北尖重火鍋，特別係金不換湯底。湯底味道濃郁，湯裡面好多香料，十分足料，唔食辣嘅人都好啱。裡面包括埋安格斯牛肉、豬肉、蝦、鮮魷、粉絲同雜菜，肉類，海鮮同兩隻雞蛋，全部都好新鮮，尤其係鮮魷爽口彈牙，最後落埋粉絲，煮熟之後後吸收了湯底嘅精華，粉絲嘅配搭好吸湯好正，比佢100分！。另外，泰式炸蝦餅都係必試！外脆內軟，啖啖肉岩晒我地鍾意食肉嘅人，佢仲有配埋一啲酸辣醬料，成個味覺更加有層次。如果你鍾意火鍋，絕對唔可以錯過泰北尖重火鍋，金不換湯底真係值得推薦！不過提提大家，係期間限定架，要食記得快啲嚟！
