To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無同屋企人去食小菜和飲茶,知道附近開左間駟馬拖車飯店。一於帶屋企人食潮州菜地點非常方便,在牛頭角地鐵站附近,2分鐘路程。非常方便。餐廳的食物MENU款式和選擇多。環境好舒服,座位間闊落,每一台的位置都非常大。且佈置配合潮州中國的特色、古色古香。非常適合家庭的聚會,一邊食野,一邊傾計。當我地坐埋位既時候,職員非常快手為我地端上茶和小菜。小菜有香脆花生和酸甜爽口鹹酸菜。呢度茶機有自動加水、煲水功能,好方便。店員服務態度都好好,非常有禮貌且細心。因為係我影相的時候,佢見我差點忘形好近水機的水煲,提我小心碌襯,SO SWEET 。1.荔芋香酥鴨($138 )當晚的是日推介有荔芋香酥鴨鴨肉外層炸得十分酥脆,鴨肉十分香,冇骨,十分出色😋😍😍😍 蒸熟壓成蓉的芋泥,包着去骨的鴨肉,用高溫油炸烹調而成,非常考的功夫。外皮炸得酥脆可口,一點都沒有油膩的感覺。內裡的竽泥鴨肉則相當綿密,,相當美味。另外配上酸酸甜甜的醬汁,可以解膩。2.醬燒菠蘿蝦球($108 )蝦球的肉質爽口鮮甜,且非常大粒。配上酸酸甜甜的醬燒汁,非常開胃。旁邊的菠蘿亦有驚喜,原來菠蘿面上有脆脆甜甜的焦糖。另外菠蘿非常新鮮多汁,咬落去啖啖
