接男朋友收工順便去Happy Friday吓🤭留意到灣仔有間高級熟成牛,近排有小小想食燒肉就去咗食🤤嗌咗個house dry-aged steak omakase($720 p.p.),有4款唔同嘅熟成肉,好似好正咁!先到嘅係醬油盛合同沙律,有一人一份醬油蝦同埋帶子,都係生食,食落好鮮味!黎到Aged拼盤:牛小排、豬梅肉、肉眼、五花肉,會順住呢個次序咁會有人幫手燒,一啲都唔燒得唔好!唔講唔知,原來aged咗嘅肉出果啲唔係平時嘅血水,而係肉汁🫨燒到有紋,好靚,又唔會overcook!肉眼叫咗5成熟,燒得好靚!如果係自己燒,我幾肯定唔會燒到咁好😂😂😂特登嗌咗2杯酒襯,出奇地杯紅酒幾啱飲,帶小小泥土味,飲落唔太厚身亦唔會太薄,又幾好喎!之後仲有個八爪魚飯,係泡菜+八爪魚嘅combination,d飯係炒飯,有小小燶底硬硬地!好食!最後仲有份牛奶tiramisu,食落香滑帶有小小咖啡味,很滿足嘅一餐
