早排同朋友去天后,見到新開日式燒肉店「燒肉屋」決定試試,餐廳裝潢幾和風,餐桌都以木系為主,牆上放滿日式裝飾好有feel。點菜後店員會送上幾款配菜,而且仲可以無限添食,個人好喜歡個鰹魚汁蘿蔔同泡菜。前菜點咗法國生蠔($48隻),餐廳仲做緊買一送一,好抵食!薄切A5宮崎和牛後腰配特製月見燒 $169和牛脂肪分佈平均,油脂好豐富,入口幾乎即刻溶化,配搭埋味道甜甜蛋汁,nice!超長日式牛仔骨 $188擺盤賣相有心思,牛仔骨幾腍身,而且醃得好夠味。蒜蓉牛油帆立貝 $158一份有4隻,帆立貝都幾大隻,用牛油蒜蓉燒熟,香氣撲鼻!食之前再放紫菜飯搞拌一齊食,個蒜蓉醬好送飯!
