To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放工懶煮飯，同老豆去了附近簡簡單單食碗粉就算。平時最仲意幫襯這間田記魚蛋牛腩麵店，有名你叫魚蛋牛腩，當然係主打啦！餐廳推介必食牛魔王粗麵，有牛腩、牛肺、牛膀、牛筋，十分豐富，牛腩炆得夠腍，腩汁夠香有牛油脂，牛筋入口溶化，牛膀比腍滑，粗麵彈牙。魚蛋河粉湯底帶魚鮮甜，河粉爽滑又唔會腍到散開，魚蛋真係有魚肉香，非常彈牙爽口。另外再加多個淨雲吞，雲吞一口一粒，有大地魚湯香味，蝦肉新鮮爽口，餡料亦都唔會太多豬油膏。
