✿ 時令海鮮 / 活鮑魚配蟹肉海苔醬
當日的時令海鮮是鐵板煎日本蠔,以大量蔥蒜作搭配,香脆內嫩,非常惹味。
至於鮑魚採用的是南非孔雀鮑魚,只見鮑魚非常大隻又新鮮,有點Creepy但鮑魚動彈不得的過程無疑引來所有食客掏出手機拍照。
鮑魚原隻上桌,份量十足,肉厚軟熟,口感更是爽口彈牙;搭配海苔蟹肉醬及魚籽一併進食,口感更有層次。
另外配菜有已煎香的鮑魚肝臟,淺嚐頗甘香豐腴,濃味鹹香。

龍蝦烹煮後會拆肉上菜,吃用時更方便。
龍蝦新鮮又大隻,肉質爽彈,鮮甜啖啖肉,非常滿足! 搭配以蟹膏及海膽醬混製的醬汁,鮮味更突出。

✿  熊本縣A5和牛厚燒及薄燒┆香煎野菜
A5和牛厚燒肉味濃郁,五成熟的肉質嫩滑細緻,軟腍充滿油香;
薄燒的牛肉片油香相對較少,但捲入大量香蔥及香蒜後,更是惹味。
另外配菜會有日本南瓜、番薯及大啡菇,平衡了一下吃肉的油膩感。

每次都覺得日式料理的湯都很濃郁鮮甜,這間當然也是如此。
鯛魚湯呈奶白色,加入龍蝦及薄薄的刺身帶子及滑溜的豆腐,足料又鮮甜。

每次見到師傅以鐵板炒飯都有莫名的喜悅感 (米飯正氣呀~
炒飯會以杯子盛著,上面放滿海膽、三文魚籽及黑松露,賣相已夠精緻又花心思;
每一口炒飯都混入海膽及三文魚籽的鮮甜,整體乾爽又香口,超級滿足呢~

✿  鐵板梳芙厘雪糕
最後的鐵板梳芙厘雪糕,只見師傅在鐵板即時制作,光是製作過程已相當令人期待。
做好後呈上碟時根本就是甜品店的梳芙呀,外皮有點焦脆香口,咬下去內層軟綿綿,空氣感十足,已經足以勝過很多坊間的甜品店呢! 真心~
而雪糕選了豆腐口味,清新香甜,搭配梳芙厘更是天作之合啊~
