為同事慶生，晚間來了公司附近的這一間居酒屋，已經不是第一次來品嚐，每一次都能帶來驚喜主打豬類各種部位的串燒，另外也有不少日式菜式選擇，先來前菜蒜味蕃茄沙律，入口清新之餘帶了濃烈蒜香味，非常適合做開胃小吃岩手縣生蠔，大隻飽滿，入口充滿生蠔清甜肉味，然後有一股海水下午香緊隨其後，肉質creamy, 是非常高質素的生蠔芥末四元豚，非常厚切的豬肉燒，從日本進口的豚肉入口多汁爽脆，配搭日式醬汁配蛋黃，味道非常濃郁有層次抱子甘藍，味道非常清新，口感爽脆花生苗卷，豬肉捲起花生苗做燒烤，令到豬油的香氣深入花生苗，非常香口豬顎骨肉串，這個部位肉質厚實多汁，只作簡單的調味，食到豬肉本來的肉香豬喉軟骨串，非常爽脆的軟骨，配搭啤酒一流
