作為相信政府嘅一員,當然唔怕食日本菜🤣,呢間在銅鑼灣開咗14年嘅日本菜餐廳,平日嘅晚上都好多人,bar枱都坐滿人了。不過裏面仲有枱,座位舒適。小食 $120小食包括有日本白粟米、瀨尿蝦肉、超大隻白梅貝。白粟米嘅特別之處係可以生食,香脆甘甜。瀨尿蝦肉味道鮮甜嫩滑,白梅貝則肉質爽彈,各有特色!吞拿魚 $210汁煮吞拿魚係比較少嘗試嘅食法,但又好入味好特別,搭配其他配菜(冬菇、蘿蔔),有驚喜!天婦羅沙錐魚 $180雖然我本身唔太鍾意食魚,但一小條炸得好香口,再搭配天婦羅秋葵,醬汁嘅味道都好適合配沙錐魚。鰻釜飯 $380鰻魚二人食份量剛剛好,下面嘅飯可以加上配料和湯,如果鍾意食軟身嘅湯飯可以加多啲湯,由自己調整喜歡的口感。波子汽水 $35 橙汁 $25綠茶雪糕 $30曲奇雪糕 $30雪糕甜度剛剛好,作為晚餐完美的句號。
