To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物質素高水準! 各有套餐及散叫提供,全素食提供。 所有套餐都可以跟餐飲,務求令到客人滿足 有真快樂,本人一直都有Green Monday嘅習慣 逢初一十五都會茹素,今次又一好介紹。今日再帶朋友到素色餐館。好好體會吓全無肉嘅精彩👍🏻💯‼️  前菜可選擇中或西式。 滋補燉湯配木耳蘿蔔豆腐 由於係素食餐館當然無落肉,湯水清甜美味,飲多啲都唔會怕燥熱。 西式濃湯配法包 非常之香濃的綿滑南瓜湯,個人十分推薦💯‼️真係無敵香濃,口口暖洋洋,我真係可以飲多碗!比起許多西餐廳更為出色!  ✏️泰式炒金邊粉 足料質素又高,雜菇素肉芽菜炒得十分惹味,我真係覺得比起普通有肉嘅金邊粉更加好食。如果大家茹素開就知,可以選擇不要辣,不要蒜,不要蛋。喺冇呢啲極級提升味蕾感受嘅配味之下都有如此出色一定要試! 如果真係想加少少辣,可以問有Tabasco 或豆瓣醬。 我自己就加咗豆瓣醬,真係好好食🤤  ✏️純素蒲燒鰻魚飯 我真係好想知道個鰻魚係點樣整出嚟,可以做到咁好味冇錯,的確係冇魚肉嘅嗰種膠彈,食齋根本唔會追求。 用茄子取締真鰻魚就食得多,而呢家係用淮山及大豆纖維製成的,仿製肥美的質感,偽裝成鰻魚,我更覺健康啲同高級啲鋪在
