To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然天氣仲係好熱，但係都突然間想食下煲仔飯，搵到間服務同餐廳環境都好好嘅煲仔飯。煲仔飯都有好多種類，今次試廣式臘味煲仔飯。入面有臘肉、臘腸、臘鴨三樣嘢，一上枱就見到排得好整齊好靚，未食都已經覺得好正臘肉超好食喎，真心好高質。見到臘肉咁多肥肉但係真係食落口一啲都唔油膩，唔會好明顯咁覺得自己咬到嚿肥肉，係會突然間成個口充滿油香，超正！臘腸正常，臘鴨嘅鹹香都好正，一咬臘鴨就送到好多啖飯，個飯亦好有水準，煲到粒粒分明架飯焦上埋個芥菜排骨煲，都算好濃味喎，排骨大大嚿、菜都煲得啱啱好，我哋成煲食晒連湯都飲晒
