To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 年30晚同朋友一行3人係網上揀左呢間試下，有驚喜，我地揀左699一位既套餐，首先海鮮質素非常高，而當中既龍蝦，大蝦，亦都可以自由咁選擇刺身定清蒸，佢地提議我地有3只龍蝦，不如一半刺身，一半清蒸，龍蝦頭放入粥底煲粥，一物三食，非常貼心，而佢地掌握蒸海鮮既時間亦非常好，海鮮晤会過老，最值得一讚就係晤会係咁不停蒸，見我地食得慢就叫我地慢慢食，食完一樣先再蒸，到最後既就係蟹上場，真係晤駛點講，鋪頭名都叫做蟹仙，確實冇辜負呢個名既，食完海鮮，就梗係食番碗海鮮粥啦，海鮮新鮮個粥就晤会差既，但要 讚嘅係佢哋嘅菜莆，清甜爽脆！加落碗粥到簡直冇得彈，佢地連咁細微既地方都做到咁好，我覺得絕對對得住呢個價錢！
