To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一個前菜Burrata Cheese with Trio of Italian Tomato with Anchovy and Basil, 我食後感係係水牛芝士配番茄啫喱,呢一款前菜唔需要加錢,但係味道係超乎想像的好, 蕃茄味道好新鮮同水牛芝士夾住一齊食加埋少少蕃茄啫喱有一種特別嘅沙律味道,芝士唔漏, 10分推介。

老公加咗$120升級左前菜Hamachi Fillet with Fava Beans with Salmoriglio, Mint, Tomato and Kaluga Caviar,似係好新鮮生醃製嘅魚上面,加咗黑魚子,有少少蕃茄粒,綠豆類同新鮮嘅調味菜。雖然材料比較高級,魚醃製得不錯,魚子可能我不太懂得欣賞,沒有覺得太特別,反而調味菜帶有草青味,味道上感覺冇第一個水牛芝士蕃茄咁滿足。

接下來就係兩款第一主菜, 第一款Busiate Trapanesi Aglio e Olio with Trio of Bottarga and White Fish Belly,就係長嘅面條,面的質地有啲煙韌,一片片嘅係魚BB, 所以係幾咸, 要整細d同麵條送入口,味道主要靠魚BB調起。

第二款加左$120 Organic Sardina Fregola with Hokkaido Sea Urchin and Brocoli Rabe,個底係一粒粒的麵,口感煙靭, 配北海道海膽,有少少芝士味道, 上面d菜有啲似煮林左嘅西芹前部份,總括來講幾好食。

到主菜:第一款Red Star Grouper in Matalotta Fish Soup with Olive, Capers and Cherry Tomato,即係東星斑,個汁有少少似龍蝦汁偏鹹,魚同蕃茄又係好新鮮,配上個脆脆餅好食,係個汁就唔好點太多。第一次西式咀食東星班,所以感覺好新鮮。

第二款主菜Seared Mediterranean Sea Bass with Fava Beans Ragout and Sweet Potato Gnocchi即係鱸魚配左綠豆,口感煙靭麵團。

去到甜品環節,一向食Tiramisu嘅我受到餐廳嘅推介都叫咗一個Traditional Tiramisù with Coffee Granita,果然好驚喜, 真係一定要叫!一啲都唔漏, 唔會覺得好似食咗Pat 溶溶地嘅嘢入口,隔離仲有一個咖啡味嘅沙冰可以一齊入口,特別又好味!

下一個甜品就係Ricotta Cream Cannoli with Candied Fruits and Chocolate Sorbet,有少少唔係我哋想像嘅嘢,未到OK,出邊包住嗰層皮冇咩味,味道唔係太突出,圓圈圍住係朱古力醬另外仲有幾條柚子皮吊下味,仲有一舊朱古力嘅雪芭。

總括而言,食物質素很高,餐廳附近打卡位亦很多,絕對係慶祝生日的好地方。

由於有生日慶祝,餐廳預備了Pettit four 和生日糖果石鍋,侍應傳上來告訴我們:許願後打破朱古力片,願望就會成真🥰🥰最後埋單成為$2750兩人午餐💰💰💰
